People often call you multifaceted. What’s your secret?
Secret? There’s no secret!
I’m just God’s favorite child out here running multiple scripts from the same divine grace.
Some people bake cakes, I build systems—whether it’s in product management, writing books, or coaching.
Think of me as your human Swiss Army knife, but instead of blades, I come with solutions, strategy, and a dash of Holy Spirit-inspired finesse.
How do you manage to wear so many hats without dropping them?
Simple—I don’t wear hats; I stack crowns!
The real trick? I keep everything anchored to my purpose.
Honestly, I just figure out which part of my “jar of oil” (this is my book, you can get it on Selar here; https://selar.co/booksbyemem ) is needed and pour generously.
Also, delegation is my love language. There’s no rule that says I have to do it all myself, right?
What advice would you give someone trying to find their own blueprint to excellence?
Start with this: stop trying to photocopy someone else’s blueprint! God gave you your own jar of oil—figure out what’s in it and work it!
And please, don’t be afraid to make mistakes. I’ve made plenty, but the beauty of grace is it keeps redirecting me.
Also, stay curious and stay connected. Whether it's building a brand, or resigning from a job where you feel stuck (been there!), you’ve got to align with what sets your soul on fire.
And don’t forget to laugh along the way—it makes the hard days worth it.
What’s next for Emem Ita Udom?
Oh, just a little thing called global domination. Kidding! (Or am I?)
Expect more from Career Circle, more coaching, and maybe even a second book.
But really, it’s about helping people unlock their own excellence—because changing the world is a team sport, and I want all of us to win!
